* Size: Approximately 120 sq. ft.
* Amenities: Sink and vanity inside the room.
* Approval: Middlesex-London Health Unit approved.
* Natural Light: Large window on the back wall allowing for bright, natural daylight.
* Customization: Unfurnished – you can paint and decorate to suit your taste.

Shared Amenities:
* Waiting Room: Beautifully decorated, with space for advertising your services.
* Reception Area: Includes fridge, microwave, and kettle.
* Private Washroom: Inside the suite for use by you and your clients.
* Laundry: Washer and dryer just outside the suite.

Rent Details:
* $850 per month, including Wi-Fi, utilities, and common costs.
* First month’s rent and last months rent due at signing.
