Please know I always strive to give you my best. This starts with my room and supplies. I am VERY particular about my linens. Each has a specific job and the condition of them is never short of excellent. I can say with confidence that my facial towels have never touched a foot. I take pride in maintaining this standard. Your next question may be "are they all washed together?" the answer is yes. 😊 If I could wash then separately I would, but alas, I'm not super woman ....(honestly super hero status is way overrated anyway)

Your fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around, separates, and supports every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ in the body. Fascia has neurological pathways and holds emotional memory. It is in constant communication to your brain, signalling messages regarding tension, pain, and body position.
This specialized massage focuses on your superficial fascia. The layer just under your skin that wraps your entire body. From head to toe this massage uses slow steady pressure without the use of oils to fascilitate a gentle drag. Drawing the skin taught with firm sustained pressure releases tension in the fascia. When fascia is healthy and fluid it promotes smooth, pain free communication to the brain thus supporting physical and emotional wellbeing.
