Full house at West Virginia University for Q-Optics presentation for D1 students. We also had some D3 wanting to buy a second pair. Super nice to see students understanding why loupes are important for a long career and how important the life long partner like Q-Optics is in keeping you in proper posture and away from the chiropractor.

In the catacombs of Pearson waiting for my flight to Pittsburg to meet with our friends at Q-Optics. Flying a CRJ will my carry-on fit... stay tuned. It's like a box of chocolate you never know if they do in these cylinders.

Roots Saturday!!! Greek Seabream oven roasted with lemon, garden thyme and rosemary, garlic, dried oregano, salt,pepper and olive oil.

♤ How? ♤
3 seabreams...Mmmm

▪Chop 5 cloves of garlic into 1/4 inch sizes
▪7 strands of fresh thyme 3 inch long
▪3 branches of fresh rosemary 3 inch long
▪4 lemons sliced
▪2tsp of sea salt
▪3tsp of ground pepper
▪3tsp of dried oregano
▪3 table spoons of olive oil.

◇Preheat oven at 400F
◇Put the fish on an oven grill.

1. with sharp knife score 3 times one side of the fish fairly deep.
2. rub olive oil on/in the fish
3. Mix salt, pepper and dried oregano together.
4.Rub inside/out of the fish with it
5. slice your lemons in 1/4 inch thick slices
6. cut 9 slices in half to put in the scored tops.
7. Put the slices of lemon in the fish
8. Divide garlic chunks equally and put in the seabream
9. insert the thyme and rosemary equally as well.

Put the fish to cook for about 25min on convection mode at 400F. Cross-check cooking during. When the fish is flaky inside pull it out.

Opa, you will taste succes.☆☆☆☆☆
