POV you’re back ..

It’s been awhile since my physical and mental were in alignment.
Let me explain :

Physically I made it to the gym, did my workout and crossed it off my list but mentally I either didn’t want to be there or was at a place where I would say horrible things about myself.

Now that I have left a stressful environment I feel my love for fitness and movement coming back and I thank God for that so very much.

Im hoping to come back with some fitness content in the next few months but in the meantime join me on my running journey to 5K.

Results from my 6-8 week plan …

I am 12 weeks in and I am feeling really good about myself.
The goal was to lift heavier and get in 1-2 days of walking on the treadmill for an hour.

I have 1 more month on this plan and then I will be cutting for the summer !

Should I release this plan ?
