When Babe has a runny nose…

Mama makes a cup of Fever tea for myself (as I’m breastfeeding him), and he gets a tsp every few hours. He doesn’t have a fever but the elderflowers help with congestion, the linden and catnip help calm and comfort, and the lemon balm is anti-viral and delish.

I always keep this on hand as a Mama of ✌️🫶

Kids and babies can have this off the spoon or added to foods.

Lemon Lift 🌿🍋

This blend is so lovely all year ‘round.
Iced in the summer and warm in the winter. It has properties that are antiviral, antioxidant, alkalinizing, and calming to the nerves and digestion. It’s lightly lemony with the combination of lemon balm leaf as well as dehydrated lemon Peel.
