September has been a busy month for us!
So far we have hosted a wonderful hike and meditation September 4th ☀️

September 6th we celebrated two of our therapists getting married and welcoming our newest member of the Lorne park family, little Lukas! Big congratulations to all ❤️

RAY OF LIGHT EVENT 🌞
~June meditation and hike on Saturday, June 18, 2022 @ 7am~
At : Erindale park Mississauga (Dundas/Mississauga Rd).. meeting at parking lot close to the washrooms at 7AM sharp! We’ll go for a short walk, then we meditate and after we’ll share breakfast. Pack healthy food, we ask you to please be mindful of gluten/dairy sensitivities, nut allergies and vegetarians. $20 fee. We are looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!
