Today, I share this with a heavy heart. For 5 years, Allia was part of the JeRah Beauty family, and for 7 years we shared a journey as colleagues in the beauty industry. Allia was a hardworking, dedicated, and talented woman who touched many lives through her kindness, professionalism, and strength. Above all, she was a loving mother who worked tirelessly for her children and inspired those around her every day. I am grateful for the years we shared, the lessons I learned from her, and the memories we created together. I only wish I had one more opportunity to tell her how much I appreciated her and the impact she had on my life and on JeRah Beauty.
