QV stands for Qualifying Volume, which is the total unit price of all invoiced items (Avon products, net offers, sell off and clearance items, Avon Foundation items, demos, samples, sales aids and value-added services). QV does not include taxes and other fees such as appointing, shipping, processing, etc.

Brochure Ordering and Pricing
Order brochures 2 campaigns ahead, we build 2 campaigns at a time.

When placing orders, on first tab of order form....things usually come up at regular prices, it is only by the time you go through steps 2 and end up on step 3 that you will see the for sale prices...things like 3 for $10, or bundle prices, etc. The same goes for brochures...so do not let the price per bundle scare you...you will see it go down as you get to step 3.

I always tell everyone, if you want to get sales and especially if you are making a business out of your Avon, you cannot be cheap about your brochures. If you opened a pizzeria, you would buy your flour and pepperoni, sell the pizzas, make money and buy more flour and pepperoni! Same with say a seamstress, she buys her material and thread, then makes the clothes and sells them, then reinvests some back into her business with more material and thread....you get the picture.

The more brochures you have, the most potential sales you have. The brochure is our store and the more stores you have working for you, the more orders you are going to get and the more money you will make.

In Canada, the average Avon order is $35. Each brochure has the potential to bring you in one order...more if they share it with friends or coworkers. The more you have out there, the better...especially right now when sales are at the highest level of the year.

One or two good orders will pay for ALL your brochures! Brochures also count towards your sales and they are a business write off.

Hot tips on the methods of payment you can use on avon.ca
Want to know which payment methods you can use on avon.ca and some of the best practices to make sure your transaction goes smoothly? Check out the hot tips from our Customer Care Team below:

Credit Cards/Method of Payments
The address on file in your Avon account must match the credit card account address (billing address).

We only accept Visa and Mastercard, virtual credit cards (Visa & Mastercard), and personalized Prepaid credit cards (to register your personal information, call the toll-free number on the back of your Prepaid credit card).

We do not accept combo debit/credit cards or American Express.
If you moved recently, it is very important to ensure your address is changed on both your Avon account and your method of payment accounts.

It is normal for pre-authorizations (pending charge) to be released ONLY after the initial order charge (this can take up to 5 business days to disappear from the online statement).

When placing an Avon order, please ensure you are choosing the correct method of payment.
We encourage you to make any changes to the “Manage Credit Card” section (add a new credit card, change expiry date) in your Avon account prior to placing your Avon order (since a method of payment cannot be changed once an order is placed).

Using Prepaid Credit Cards
Needs to be personalized (register your personal information, call the toll-free number on back of the card).

We suggest using a prepaid credit card you can reload rather than using one-time-use prepaid cards. Some dependable brands include Koho and Stack.

We suggest allowing for some leeway in terms of extra funds on your prepaid credit card to cover delayed items, manual shorts, and/or shipping costs.

We strongly suggest keeping your prepaid credit card for the length of warranty for unforeseen RMA’s.

Using PayPal
We strongly suggest starting your Avon order by adding only the least expensive product and submitting it. Then you can freely go back to the same Avon order and add the remaining products.

If adding new methods of payment onto your PayPal account, ensure the validation steps are completed.
