This Challenge starts on Sept 15th after the kiddos have started back to school and you can focus on getting yourself in better shape after the summer 🙌🏼

The contest ends on November 10th just before the hustle and bustle of the Holiday season! The timing is perfect to put yourself first and work on:

- losing body fat
- incorporating training into your regular routine
- learning how to follow a diet and how to properly nourish your body!
- improve your metabolism and insulin sensitivity

There are prizes to be won along the way and for the final transformation (value $1000 for grand prize winner 🤩)

You will have a community of people to chat with and stay motivated! As well as weekly mini challenges to keep your drive for the goal!

Jessica debuted into the BB industry last year at Atlantics and PEI receiving top placings! She is eager to finish out the rest of her building season and contacted EF to guide her through! 🙌🏼

Patricia and EF worked together for a bit last year and discussed the 2024 show season as a goal to work towards, and now she is BACK and ready to prep!!

Patricia will be competing at the Ottawa Naturals on June 15th!! So we are starting this coming weekend for a 19 week prep! 💃🏽

Welcoming another Wellness Athlete to our Exclusive Fitness Team! 💪🏼

has been working hard during her off-season since her debut at the NB Naturals in 2022. She had been working under the guidance of another Coach for most of her build, and has decided to make a change and join our team to complete the rest of her build before competing later this year 😈 (planned and communicated with her most recent Coach).

Nadia works hard as hell to get these results! She has put on some good size since her show! The plan now will be to focus on bringing up her glutes to further exaggerate her lower body offset and catch up to those quads, and bring more emphasis to building her teres majors to increase the S shape for her side pose for a more dominating look.

We are excited to bring Nadia on board to our growing Wellness lineup and have big plans for the future 🙌🏼

Prepping is fun and all, and the watching the process and journey unfold for every single competitor brings us so much joy and happiness. To see everyone doing their best, and pushing hard, showing up and enjoying every single moment…

But seeing the looks on everyone’s faces when they dive into a sweet treat post show, after a loooooooooong ass time without any sugar or sweets, makes me so emotional and brings that journey to a bittersweet end 🥲 it IS the “icing on the cake” for me!

Our Novice Bikini and Masters Athlete has been working for over a year to get ready for her very first prep!!

When Denise came to EF she had a goal of competing. But she didn’t know when she would be ready and put complete trust in us to work for an entire year to shape and recomp her physique to be a better place to start a prep for NB Naturals this year, June 1st.

Denise is such a hard worker and always shows up! Her passion is being at the gym and working on herself, but also has such a great community around her to show support and she would do anything for anyone! ♥️

We are very excited to see how this prep unfolds for you and for you to have the opportunity to grace the stage you’ve been longing to do!

Taryn is ready to work hard, and I think she’s feeling the pain from the workouts already 😂 but it’s all going to be worth it to step on that stage for the first time!

Another big welcome to our growing Exclusive Fitness Team! !!

Grace competed last summer at NB Naturals and seriously made us drop our jaw at the level of conditioning, and overall shape this girl had! Knowing that she needed to improve on her muscular development she has been working on judges feedback over her off-season and has decided to join our Team to take her back to NB Naturals June 1st! 💪🏼

Programs have been set and she is 19 weeks out 💃🏽 LFG! 🔥

(A little late) Welcoming Novice Athlete to Exclusive Fitness!!

Kerianna has a goal of competing in 2024, but knew that a proper off-season was needed before she contacted a Coach! So she went through a nice build to add some mass and is hoping to compete in Wellness, but realizes that we may be starting in Bikini based on how her lean muscular development 💪🏼 this is a good mindset to work with so that we have realistic expectations of the outcome.

So prep has already started for this girl, and we are planning on bringing her package to NB Naturals June 1st!

Kerianna is willing to put in the work and her body is responding well already 🙏🏼 she’s been working with to support her posing and routine, to bring her best presence to that stage!
