As of January 1st, 2024 these will be the policies;

Anyone cancelling within 24 hour notice will have to pay 50% of the service fee BEFORE booking for another appointment.

No-Shows will have to pay 100% of the service fee BEFORE booking again.

Just a friendly reminder that last minute cancellations and no shows has direct effect on your stylists and estheticians.
Many would like to have your spot, please be gracious enough to call ahead of time if you cannot attend.
