Congestion
Wether it’s on our nose, cheeks , chin or forehead , congestion is annoying and we want it gone ! Treating congestion is actually quite easy once we’ve figured out a perfect routine of at home treatment as well as professional exfoliation and extractions . Black heads, comedones and millia can be cause by products that are too heavy for the skin , sitting on top and blocking the pores . Another culprit is not having thoroughly cleansed skin. We can effectively treat congestion with products like pre-cleanse, special cleansing gel and daily microfoliant at home. In the treatment room I often reach for niacinimide Ion active serum and my high frequency wand !

🌟Pigmentation🌟
Pigmentation is one of the most stubborn skin concerns . It takes months, sometimes years of treating before we see results . It has many causes but in all cases it’s a result of our natural Tyrosinase process. This is the process of melanin activation. Factors such as sun exposure , hormones and inflammation can cause pigmentation so getting on top of this issue is important . Having regular facials using products that specifically target or trick our melanocytes to not produce excess melanin. The new ultra bright peel in a series of 3-6 treatments with 2-4 weeks between treatments is an awesome way to significantly reduce unwanted pigmentation ! At home products from the Power Bright collection will help boost the benefits from the treatment room with ingredients like hexylresorcinol and niacinimide . For post inflammatory pigmentation , Age Bright clearing serum and spot fader are powerhouse’s! The most important thing to treating and preventing pigmentation is wearing a broad spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen and reapplying it according to product instructions !
