Member of the WoWs - Women of Words As a civilian employee, Olive Mazerolle gave thirty-five years of her life to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

At the end of her career, after experiencing both personal and professional traumas, she found herself diagnosed with moderate-to-severe PTSD. Through years of seeking the psychological help she needed, she finally understood that her traumas had led her to Post Traumatic Growth (PTG).

The 5th Pillar of Post Trauma Growth
(A quote from my book)
Spiritual Change
“And I read self-help books, oh so many self-help books. I adopted the Ho’oponopono prayer. I’m sorry for having those negative thoughts (repentance). Please forgive me for always going back to those negative thoughts (ask for forgiveness), Thank you for making me aware that I was thinking those negative thoughts (gratitude) and I love you, (forgiveness & love). I continually repeated I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you and I love you until I felt better about the situation that stressed me in the first place.”

Le 5e pilier de la Croissance Post-Traumatique
(Une citation de mon livre)
Changement spirituel
