Late Cancellation or Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the booked service.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, a 50% fee of the booked service will automatically apply.
Additionally, all discounts, promotions, or loyalty offers will be voided for future bookings.
Future appointments:
In case of a late cancellation or no-show, any previous discounts for this service will no longer apply, and future appointments can only be booked at the full regular price.
Punctuality:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may need to be shortened to respect the next client’s booking.
