Several people ask me is it really necessary to eat breakfast in the morning.
Even though he wonders why I suggest they start their day with a source of protein. Today, I share with you 3 important points that will make you understand why 😋⬇️
1. Feeling Saturated: Protein is essential nutrients that help you feel full for longer. So by eating protein for breakfast you are less likely to feel munchies or snack cravings later in the morning.

a HEALTHY gut contributes to a strong immune system, better sleep, improved mood, brain health and more!
We can eat things like kefir, sauerkraut, yogurt and other fermented foods daily to support our gut health...but in case I forget to eat them, I prefer a supplement.

Sunday morning and thought I would share some breakfast ideas! Starting your day with a high-protein breakfast can help you feel fuller for longer and provide your body with the fuel it needs to power through your morning.

I have had multiple panic attacks during 2020-2021, now I handle it so much better and nearly none, I no longer allow it to make me miserable or hold me back!
✨✨Fear to take on a business, solely by myself and I did it and helping others!
