I could of easily decided to stop everything but I decided to fight trying to compose myself by working my mindset all the time. Monday motivation: The scariest thing is change. But starting today you will manifest the life you want. Start with a positive thought about yourself every morning even if it looks off until it becomes a reflex. Trust me change isn’t easy and sometimes you have to force it, your brain needs practice like a work out session, if you don’t practice how will you learn? I also always visualized my life clearly and God took care of the rest. Through this process of being the new version of yourself never deprive yourself of beautiful things when you work hard.
