Here’s an example of someone with very dark natural hair that comes every 4 weeks for a touch-up. Light blonde shades on naturally dark hair are very high-maintenance.
Today we did a touch-up and a colour melt.

Je vous écris un petit mot pour vous expliquer comment je vais procéder pour les prochaines semaines.

Étant donné que je suis une très petite entreprise et que je travaille avec une personne à la fois, je vais continuer à offrir mes services pour le moment.

Si toutefois vous êtes malades, que vous ne vous sentez pas bien ou que vous êtes déjà en isolement volontaire suite à un voyage, veuillez svp demeurer chez vous. Annulez votre rendez-vous et je vous aiderai à re-booker. Par ailleurs, je comprendrai tout à fait si vous devez annuler pour des raisons financières ou par soucis de précaution.

De mon côté, je désinfecte ma chaise entre chaque client(e) et,comme d'habitude, j'utilise toujours des serviettes et des capes fraîchement lavées. Si j'arrivais à ressentir quelques symptômes qui soient je vous contacterai pour annuler vos rendez-vous.

N'hésitez pas à me rejoindre si vous avez des questions, des inquiétudes ou si vous avez besoin d'aide pour déplacer un rendez-vous.

Just thought I should reach out to let you know how I am proceeding with my business.

Because I am a very small business working one on one I will continue offering services for the moment.

If you are sick, or feeling unwell, or already self-isolating because of a recent trip abroad, please stay home. Cancel your appointment and I will help you reschedule if necessary. Otherwise, I completely understand if you need to cancel for financial reasons or prefer to delay your appointment out of an abundance of caution.

For my part, I am disinfecting my chair between clients and, as usual, using fresh smocks and towels for each client.
