This is your reminder….

This goes beyond getting a six pack or wanting to lose weight…. Sometimes, we just take for granted the simple fact that us as humans are designed to MOVE…. Life is so much better when you have the ability to move your body freely. 

Yes, you might be able to bench 3 plates… but can you kneel? Can you internally and externally move your hips? Can you lay down and get up with minimal support? You would be surprise that a number of people my age have a hard time doing these things mentionned…

With that said, I am inspired by this women… more than she probably knows!!

I wake up pretty early during the week and most time coming back home late. I used to always eat out for lunch time and mostly it would be some kind of fast food like subways ect…Now I am getting used to making my own lunch as I make better health choices (and better for my pocket also 😜)

Day 52 recap and thoughts

A couple weeks ago, I decided to implement more running into my program… Could barely run 5k in 30min. I improved my cardio on every run since. It is not about proving people wrong but more about constantly proving to myself that I am right about myself… You are what you think..And when you direct your thinking towards positive thoughts, it’ll be enough to get you going

This journey hasn’t been easy but there is no better feeling than feeling great about yourself mentally and physically.

The grind continues….

breakfast idea if you want to promote fat loss…

A plate high in protein to build and repair muscles which is probably the most important thing to focus on for longevity

Good source of healthy fats for optimal cell structure and hormone level

Berries which presents MANY nutritional benefits like improvement in insulin sensitivity, which is CRUCIAL when talking about fat loss.

Carbs can normally be skipped or added only if you need energy for a very physical task right after your breakfast… or else it’s ok to wait later during the day.

Remember that it’s not about necessarily cutting calories….Your body is like a machine. If you give it the RIGHT fuel, it can work for you!!!

I Just failed at day 11… Bad mistake that could have been prevented. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue… But for the sake of the program, I will start back at day 1 as of tomorrow.

DAY 1

I will be doing the 75HARD challenge as of today. I heard about it about a month ago and at first I was skeptical… I researched a lot about people that did it and other people that thought this challenge was harmful.

I came into the conclusion that I want to see for myself what it is about. I am a big believer of doing hard things and setting up SMART goals ( Specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound)

I will personally do a modify version of it that I will call 75SELF. (For my fitness clients that would like to do it, I will personalize the challenge so that fits YOUR own situation/fitness goals and your lifestyle

I invite anyone to join in and might create a support group for it!!

I will track my own progress along the way and will come with more details about it shortly

13 days of needed rest from work and training…. Althought I struggled sometimes thinking I was not being "productive" enough…. It felt great!!

Calmed my mind by taking as much time as possible spending time with family, getting sunlight and beach time. Found a great balance between eating tacos and getting some good nutrients from fresh fruits and ditched the dumbbells and barbells for some walking, swimming and play time with my daugther…

My batteries are getting full 🔋

I will be slowly taking clients this week in the morning via ZOOM before getting back full force as of next week!!

Note that I will be taking time off from private training until Feb. 20th 2023. I will also take advantage of that time to disconnect from social media but I will still take time to check on my inbox or email in case you are in need of a online workout plan during that time.

Resting hard to come back recharged🔋
