How often do you practice gratitude? 🙏
Gratitude is a simple concept, but it can have a powerful effect on both your body and your mind!
Today, I want to share some ways you can sprinkle more gratitude into your daily routine, starting right now!
1️⃣ Start by identifying what you're grateful for. This can be something as small as getting coffee on your way to work! ☕
2️⃣ Create a space for your gratitude. One of the best ways to do this is by creating a gratitude journal or notebook ✏️
3️⃣ Cultivate a daily gratitude practice. There is no need to wait until Thanksgiving! Take a moment each day to reflect on what you're grateful for, and let those feelings of appreciation wash over you like a cozy hug 🤗

If you’re craving something pumpkin-flavored for breakfast, these fall-flavored pancakes are a great way to start your day! 🎃🥞🍂
Makes 2 servings of 3 small pancakes each.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup / 245 g 100% pumpkin puree
¼ cup / 60 ml unsweetened almond milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
½ cup / 40 g quick cooking oats
2 scoops Vanilla Shakeology
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
Nonstick cooking spray
¼ cup / 60 g reduced fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp. pure maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Combine pumpkin, almond milk, egg whites, and extract a medium bowl; whisk to blend. Set aside.
2️⃣ Combine oats, Shakeology, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder in a medium bowl; mix well.
3️⃣ Add oat mixture to pumpkin mixture; mix until just blended.
4️⃣ Heat large nonstick skillet lightly coated with spray over medium heat. Ladle about ¼ cup batter for each pancake; cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until bubbles form on top. Flip. Cook for 90 seconds, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5️⃣ Add yogurt and maple syrup to a small bowl; stir to combine.
6️⃣ Divide pancakes between two serving plates; top evenly with yogurt mixture.
7️⃣ Refrigerate leftover pancakes in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 1 month. Leftover pancakes can be reheated in a toaster.

This Piña Colada Shake recipe with Vanilla Shakeology is a healthy version of the tropical cocktail that still tastes like sweet, sunny summertime 🍍🌞🥥
INGREDIENTS
¾ cup / 180 ml water
¼ cup / 60 ml 100% pineapple juice
1 cup / 170 g ice
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
½ tsp. pure coconut extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Place water, pineapple juice, ice, Shakeology, and extract in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Container Equivalents: ½ Purple, 1 Red
2B Mindset Plate It!: Add ½ large banana and 2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes to make this a complete breakfast.

Is it possible to indulge in fudge brownies AND keep your nutrition on point? Yes! Just whip up these decadent Chocolate Fudge Brownies made with Chocolate Shakeology! 🍫💚
Makes 12 servings, 1 brownie each.
INGREDIENTS
Nonstick cooking spray
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (organic grass-fed, if possible)
¼ cup / 40 g semisweet (or dark) chocolate chips
3 large eggs
½ cup / 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup / 60 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. pure coconut sugar
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
3 scoops Chocolate Shakeology
¼ cup / 20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325° F (165 °C). Lightly coat an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20-cm) baking dish with spray. Set aside.
2️⃣ Add butter and chocolate chips to a medium mixing bowl; microwave for 30 seconds. Stir; microwave for 30 seconds more, or until just melted. Do not overcook; let cool slightly.
3️⃣ Add eggs, almond milk, yogurt, sugar, and extract; mix well.
4️⃣ Add Shakeology, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt to a separate mixing bowl; stir to combine. Add dry mixture to wet mixture; mix until just combined. Pour into prepared dish.
5️⃣ Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set in the center. Remove from oven. Let cool completely.
6️⃣ When cool, cut into 12 equal pieces.
Container Equivalents: ½ Red, ½ Yellow, ½ tsp.
