Lip and chin filler were first enzymatically dissolved using hyaluronidase to correct prior product placement and restore baseline anatomy. We then performed precise reaugmentation with dermal filler, focusing on structural support, projection, and harmonious facial proportions. Lower face neuromodulators was added to target depressor activity, enhancing mandibular definition and creating a subtle lifting effect along the jawline and lips.
