🌞 Vacation Time! 🌞

I wanted to let everyone know that I'll be taking some much-needed family time and will be away July 17th through July 28th.

While I'm away, TLC Mobile Massage is still open! 💆‍♀️

RMT Stephanie will be available to take appointments and answer any questions you may have. To book or get in touch, simply text or call 780-297-4642.

I will be doing all insurance claims when I get back! If you usually have an outstanding balance you will pay that and if there is more owing I will contact you.

If you need to reach me personally, you're welcome to send me a message here on Facebook. Please keep in mind that I may not respond right away while I'm enjoying time with my family.

After what felt like a very rainy June, I think we're all hoping July brings a little more sunshine. 🌞

Summer is finally here, and with it comes camping trips, lake days, road trips, gardening, family BBQs, and plenty of time outdoors.

While we all look forward to making the most of the season, our bodies often work a little harder this time of year too. Long drives, extra yard work, hiking, golfing, sleeping in campers, and all those summer adventures can leave us feeling tighter and more fatigued than we realize.

Massage isn't just for when you're in pain—it's a great way to help your body recover so you can keep doing the things you love all summer long.
