☀️JULY OFFERINGS ☀️

I’m so grateful for the abundance in my life! What a week of abundance! The Sacred renewal event yesterday was such a nourishing and rejuvenating way to end the week! I’m so grateful for these beautiful collaborations, gathering of women, community, and the alchemy that takes place in these type of events. Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday and thank you to Diane, Kim, and Monique for your talent, skills, wisdom, and hearts that you poured into yesterday ❤️

The evening brought together yoga, Reiki, a fire ceremony, a charcuterie picnic, and a sound bath among the lavender fields. The weather was kind to us, the setting was stunning, and the people who joined us brought such wonderful energy to the experience.

I’m grateful to have been part of this special evening and to share sound as a way of creating space for rest, reflection, and connection.
