My sold out retreat in Mexico has just had some space open. No cancellations, just the opportunity for another room.

✨ One oceanview room available for my Elevate Retreat in Mexico (Feb 7–14).
This room can be:
• Double occupancy
• Or shared with up to 4 women

It’s a beautiful oceanview space right on the beach (perfect for whale viewing). Because of timing (we are just over a month out), I know it’s quick , but confirmation is required this week so I can secure the extra space. If it’s right you will know.

This retreat is for women who feel ready to:
• Create space — not pressure
• Feel supported, resourced, and grounded
• Explore what expansion looks like without needing to change everything
• Move, breathe, rest, and reconnect in a way that feels nourishing (not “woo,” not overwhelming)

Daily yoga, breathwork, cold plunge, sweat lodge, hikes, nature, ocean swims, connection, and space to land — all held gently, intentionally, and with care.
