Dear Clients,

I hope this letter finds you well. It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement from the hair styling industry. After many years of working with you all, I have decided to retire and spend more time with my family.
I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the loyalty and support you have shown me throughout my career. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you all, and I will always cherish the memories we shared together.
Effective immediately I will no longer be available to take appointments. However, I’m pleased to inform you that any of the ladies at The Design Crew are taking over my clients and are super talented and experienced hair stylists, you can reach them at 905-338-2099.
As I reflect on my career, I realize how much I have learned from you all, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have served you, I will miss the laughter, crying and everything in between.

Hi,
Just a short message to let you all know what the new COVID 19 protocols are. As of today October 25th we are going to require proof of double vaccination on entering the salon. This is in accordance to the government requirements, in order to run our business at full capacity.
If you are not vaccinated we ask that you please come for your appointment half hour before, in order to take a rapid COVID 19 test that we will provide. You will be required to take the test then go sit in your car for the 15-20 mins for the results. Once you have a negative covid 19 result you can come back into the salon for your appointment.
We are not required to include children under 12 in this. Fortunately they are a very small percentage of our clientele so this should not impact your comfort level in the salon.
I hope you all understand and respect the fact that all this is being done to protect our clients as well as our business. I am very sorry for any inconvenience.
We at the salon have taken all this very seriously and have all been double vaccinated as well as taking rapid tests ourselves weekly.
I know some of you are still very nervous but we are trying our best to keep everyone safe. I hope to see you all soon,take care and stay safe.
