And we're back!

You can find me in at Tuesday-Sunday 11am-5pm!

Thank you so much for all of your support over the last 9 months during my closure πŸ’šπŸ₯°

To say the last 6 weeks has been insane would be an understatement.

My 2.5 year old relationship ended, for many different reasons.
My 10 year old and I shared a bed at my parents for the last 6 weeks. That house is NOT big enough for 4 people πŸ˜‚
We spent those 6 weeks with my 3 cats at my ex's and I only saw them when I was there to pack and to do the litter boxes and feed them.

We spent the last 6 weeks hunting for a place, and we had an amazing realtor named @danielleboudrias who helped us through so much. Another single mom friend and I have found a townhouse to share.

During those 6 weeks, my outlook on alot of things changed. A main one being my body and my health. You see, with having Lupus and Fibromyalgia, along with slipped disks in my back, lifting things hasnt been easy. But I'm pushing myself. Everyday.
I'm starting to find myself again. Read again. Drink water. Eat healthier. Go to bed at a decent time, wake up earlier.
Put in effort to make myself good.

Im not saying that everything in the relationship was bad, because it definitely wasn't. But what I am saying, is that it's so easy to lose yourself when you're so into someone else. It's easy to forget what makes YOU tick. What makes YOU shine.

We got the keys to our new home April 30th and we're in the middle of unpacking. So what else are we going to do, but go to Oshawa Animal Services and do a Foster to Adopt to an incredibly handsome 5 year old Boxer?! We just love insanity over here!

I just want to thank everyone for their support, patience, help and kind words that you've shown me.

It's weird when a relationship ends. It's hard to grieve the life you thought you were going to have..... To grieve the loss of someone who you considered your best friend. 05/05/2024
