I hope this finds you well as we enter into summer.

As many of you know META has made many changes to Facebook Business Suite and unfortunately after having some issues, I filed a report to try to rectify the issue to no avail. I have been notified that this (my business account) will be permanently deleted within the next 24-48hrs.

As such please call the salon to book your next appointment. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but I look forward to hearing from all of you.

As many of you know on Dec 22 my family lost it’s patriarch, my father Sam. Losing a loved one is never easy and that is especially true during a holiday season.
I would like to take a moment to express my thanks for your kind words, gifts of condolence as well as your patience during this difficult time.

Hug your loved ones and tell them you love them every chance you get.

A reminder that all existing appointments still stand and I have made all return calls. If I missed returning your call or message I apologize, please give me a call to book your appointment.

Also, anyone that picked up a home colour kit please return colour brushes and bowls as soon as possible as my supplies are very low. Please look in your cupboards or wherever you may keep these items stored as some have never made there way back since the initial lock down.

Hello everyone,

I would like to thank everyone for your patience over the last three weeks. It has been a tough road but I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

I am happy to announce I will be returning to work this week. Within the next few days I will reach out to rebook all clients that had appointments I unfortunately had to cancel. Please have patience as I will do my best to get everyone in as soon as I am physically able.

Any clients requesting new appointments will be put on a wait list and will be booked after all cancelled appointments have been rescheduled.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but please remember I am a one women show and I am doing what I can to accommodate everyone.

For anyone that is concerned I have done a very thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the entire house. COVID 19 safety precautions and cleaning between clients are still being implemented.

As a reminder I ask that you please wear masks when visiting and hand sanitizer is available when entering. If you are sick or have come in contact with anyone that is COVID positive I ask that you please reschedule your appointment. Let’s help keep each other healthy.

Unfortunately this message comes with some disappointing news. The salon will be closed for a little while as my family and I fight the effects of COVID. Despite our best efforts it has finally touched our home.

All appointments be cancelled until further notice. I will be in touch to rebook as soon as possible. Please stay safe and take care.

It is with excitement that I announce the salon will reopen on Wednesday June 30th, 2021.

Appointments will be booked in sequence of cancellation and then I will move into my wait list. I will be reaching out to those of you still on my lists (as they are long, 3months worth) within the next few days. If you would like to be placed on the wait list please call and leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Let’s all practice patience during this time as wait times are to be expected.

I will be extending my hours where possible in order to accommodate everyone but please remember I am a one women salon doing my best for you my clients as well as for my family.

I am committed to the health and safety of all my clients.

In order to stop the spread of Covid-19, policies and procedures have been put in place in order to meet Public Health guidelines.

If you meet any of the following, please stay home and I will reschedule your appointment:

- if you have any flu-like symptoms
- if you or someone you have had contact with has travelled outside of Canada in the last 14days
- if you have been in contact with anyone confirmed or probable case of Covid-19

Here are the measures I have put in place for our safety:

- Increased disinfecting protocols have been implemented before and after every client as outlined by Public Health
- An Air Purifier has been placed in the salon
- No walk ins at this time, please call to book an appointment
- Please wait in your car, I will open the door once cleaning is complete
- Clients are to bring and wear a mask at all times. If you do not have a mask one will be provided at a small cost to you the client.
- Only one client in the salon at a time, please come alone
- Hand Sanitizer will be available upon entrance and exit of the salon
- A mask or face shield will be worn by me at all times
- Clients will be screened/questionnaire
- No food or beverages allowed
- Please bring essential items only such as keys and a method of payment

COVID UPDATE

Unfortunately we will be entering another lockdown beginning April 3 for 28 days. Although the salon will be closed to offering hair services I will continue to offer curb side pick up of retail products on a reduced schedule. If you have an appointment booked for the month of April, please consider these appointments cancelled and I will be contacting you to reschedule your services. As we go into this lockdown please stay safe and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.

As I anxiously await for governing bodies to give Salons the ok to reopen, additional safety measures are being reviewed and put into place for the safety of all parties. Your well being is one of my top priorities.

If your appointment(s) were cancelled due to the lockdown I will be in touch in the near future to rebook as much as possible.

As directed by governing bodies on December 21,2020 the Salon will be closed for a period of 28 days starting Dec. 26,2020. Unfortunately if you have an appointment during this time period your appointment will be cancelled.

As the date of reopening approaches all clients that had appointments cancelled will be contacted in order of cancellation date on a priority list. If you would like to have your name added to the list please leave a message on the salons voice mail.

Although the salon is closed to offering services I am offering curb side product pick up. Please give 24hrs notice to ensure product availability.
