September is Self Care Awareness Month! As we move into the change of seasons it is a great time to revisit or (re)build your self care routine. Over the month we will talk about the 8 pillars of health that we like to pay attention to and we will share some of our ideas and habits that we are working on so we can set ourselves up for success.
