Women have been conditioned to be ashamed of aging. Aging is beautiful! It brings with it wisdom, individuality, and self-assuredness. Not everyone has the opportunity to live long enough for it, so those of us who get to age are beautiful survivors.

Let's reclaim the beauty of aging, and tear down those limiting beliefs that make us ashamed to be our beautiful selves.
