Breaktime humor.

The last one was where I've been at since Covid, maybe longer. (Ok, definitely longer.)
But I'm not happy here being fat, distracted, and wasting my life. I'm not happy 'giving up'.
And so, I'm making changes. Will it be easy? Probably not. Will I 'slip'? Probably. Will I keep going? Absolutely.
I am on a mission to help others lose the weight they no longer want and begin to live the lifestyle they do. It also means I am helping others lose the weight of financial burden.
How? I shall lead by example. Because, man, if I can do it, well you certainly can.

I have always dreamed of having long hair. Even just a chin length bob would have made me so very happy.
It was not meant to be. My hair does not grow. I get one haircut a year, two at the most. Thin, fine, balding. It wreaks havoc on my self-esteem and self-confidence.
What to do?
Well, I could go around hating my hair, pretending I don't care or do what is within my power to do.
And here we are. There is always a way to make a dream come true.

O have finally found something that is SO much bigger than me, something that I can't wait to be a part of. And that's healping people get healthy. Obesity is a pandemic and growing. Our kids are right in the middle of it all.
Did you know:
Almost half of people in the U.S. are actively trying to lose weight. An APA Stress in America survey conducted in late February 2021 found 42% of U.S. adults reported undesired weight gain since the start of the pandemic, with an average gain of 29 pounds
In 2021, around 29% of adults aged 18 years and older in Canada were obese, while 36% were overweight.
Obesity is "expected to surpass smoking as the leading cause of preventable morbidity and mortality". How scary is that??

There is lots of help out there and the industry is growing.
The global market for weight loss products and services should grow from $254.9 billion in 2021 to reach $377.3 billion by 2026.

I am so grateful I found a company that is on a mission like me to share an all natural, no stimulants,no suppressant ingredients to help others lose weight.
