Sign went up for our new location! We are absolutely loving this neighborhood and our building!

123 Beechwood opened yesterday! We are still are waiting on signage and we still have some minor fit ups to be done inside but it’s nothing that stops us! I feel so blessed to have a clinic walking distance to my home and many of our therapists homes! We have the most awesome landlords and it has been well worth the wait. Our contractor and building owners went above and beyond to create this beautiful space for us and our neighborhood.

I read this the other day and it really stuck with me! Wellness is often work: eating healthy, exercising while working on our best selves mentally. Doing all this takes time and effort but I’ve seen so often what happens when we neglect those important care factors. 1% each day is what I challenge you to! 💗

We are now booking for February! Our Glebe staff will be practicing here as we grow our team.

Our newest clinic opens February 1st at 125 Beechwood! Super exited to open in this location. 💗

We have renamed our page as we are excited to announce we are opening a new clinic in Beechwood. We will be opening February 1st and Jess Dionne will be working a few shifts there! Natalie Campeau will be full time at Bank! I'm nervous and excited and happy to have a clinic walking distance from my home.

Almost a month reopened!

We are so grateful to all of you for supporting our business. Our schedules are gradually increasing and our therapists have mostly adjusted to our new rituals. I'm overwhelmed with gratitude. The therapists have been rockstars through our reopening. Please email if you are having trouble booking in. We do have a bit of a wait time for a quite a few of our therapists to book into.

Please ensure you have completed your prescreening before coming into the clinic, your therapist will have emailed you this. We ask that you kindly wear a mask to your appointment: cloth or paper is fine. It is very important as we work in close proximity and it is not only to protect ourselves but everyone that enters the clinic. We also ask that you wash your hands immediately. We have hand sanitizer, but we all know soap and water is far more effective.

We are not using heating pads of any sorts as they can't be washed each treatment. The tables are stripped completely down between each client and sprayed twice with cleaners approved by public health: once to wipe down the other spray has a dwell time to ensure we are sanitizing thoroughly. Every surface light switches, door handles, bathrooms are cleaned between each client.

We have air purifiers for each room on order. Keeping our clients and our staff health is our priority. I'm so happy to be back to work and seeing my clients and interacting with our therapists. Touch is so important and really does, " change how people feel"
