Do you incorporate foods that are good sources of vitamin D into your diet? If so, which ones? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And remember, since it's nearly impossible to get the recommended daily amount from food alone, it's a good idea to take a Vitamin D supplement.

It's now been 56 years since Dr. Shaklee and his sons founded our company with products that were ahead of their time, a word of mouth distribution channel that paid people extremely well for doing good, and a philosophy of treating people as you would want to be treated. Amazing.
