-although it is my first less than five star review-

It has provided me the opportunity
to clarify…that the appointment times shown when booking particular services such as pedicures, manicures, waxing, and similar treatments are estimates based on the average amount of time our technicians typically require to complete the service. These booking windows are intended to allow staff adequate time in their schedules and are not a guarantee that every client will be in the treatment for the exact duration listed.

*Obviously when booking a massage session for an hour or 1.5 hours clients receive the full amount of time scheduled, unless they arrive late and would affect another client’s appointment time.

The actual time required for pedicures, manicures, waxing, teeth whitening etc can vary depending on factors such as the condition of the nails, skin, teeth or feet, the specific services requested, and the technician’s efficiency. My priority is always to provide a thorough, professional service rather than extend the appointment simply to match the scheduled booking time.

In this case, the pedicure was completed to my professional standard in approximately 45 minutes. Had additional time been required to complete the service properly, that time would have been taken.

It’s also worth noting that service times can occasionally run longer than scheduled. For example, when this client received a complimentary facial, when entered into our FREE HYDRAFACIAL DRAW, the treatment exceeded the allotted appointment time, and I was happy to provide that additional time at no extra charge.

I value all of my clients and strive to provide quality service and fair treatment in every appointment.
