Happy Sunday, everyone! I just wanted to come on here to give you a little update: I am five days post-op. First off, I would like to start by saying thank you so much for all your messages. I can't believe how sweet you guys are, it has been refreshing and has helped me with my recovery! I'm used to talking to you all and getting my "girl time" in with you! I'm still in pain, but it's not major, and I feel like, in my mind, I could be working right now, but I know I can't. I'm doing everything I can, to my knowledge, to heal fast but also properly. I'm hoping to go for a little walk, possibly today. I went to the dollar store yesterday, and that went well. Last night, I stayed up late watching the Lizzie Borden thing on Netflix, and I got it in my head that I needed a pregnancy pillow to sleep (I am absolutely not pregnant—very, very far from it). I have not been sleeping; headaches and insomnia are part of this.So I did it I used an old sheet and some pillows and hand sewed it while I was watching my show and I had the best sleep other than having to go to the bathroom every 2 hours. I should also mention Al bought me Tylenol PM
so that could have been part of it too 😜. I
actually just woke up and feeling pretty good. I
think the hardest part so far is seeing things
that need to be done and having to ask for help.
Al and the boys have been amazing, but I live in
a house of boys. Anyway I might have put too
much info in here lol, but thats me. I just wanted to let you know things are going good and I am hopeful that I will be back real soon, thank you agian!
