2. Clients who don't respect my time. Respect goes both ways.
3. Comparing my work to other nail techs. There's room for all of us.
4. Last-minute appointment changes. An emergency is an emergency. Forgetting your appointment isn't.
5. What people think about my prices. I'm not the cheapest, and I'm not trying to be.

This week, two new clients were surprised when I opened a sterilization pouch in front of them.
They told me that their previous nail techs would just bring the tools out without any pouch.
So they weren't sure if the tools had been sterilized.
