This fall marks 12 years since I started massage school, and I will celebrate 10 years in private practice in a few days. Somehow, "grateful" doesn’t feel like a big enough word. Every client who has trusted me, supported me, referred a friend, shared a laugh, or allowed me to be part of their wellness journey has helped make these years so special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!💕

Today is about celebrating the people, places, and communities that make this country feel like home. As I celebrate another summer serving this amazing community, I'm incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted me with their care over the years. Whether you've been coming for years or recently found your way to my table, thank you for being part of this journey. I hope your day is filled with sunshine, laughter, good company, and maybe a little time to relax (your muscles will thank you 😉). See you back on the table tomorrow!
