鍾意戶外活動嘅朋友一定開心到飛起！
快啲約埋朋友一齊過嚟Keep Fit 修身，捉緊夏日嘅尾巴，盡情同陽光玩遊戲啦！


同學仔請留意，上堂時記得預鬆少少時間過嚟，為咗唔好影響其他同學，若遲到多過5分鐘的話，就唔可以入去，同埋會照扣CREDIT。


如要取消，必須24小時前通知，否即系統會照扣CREDIT。

All classes start on time.
Late arrivals more than 5 min will not be permitted to enter the class. Credits will be deducted from the package.


Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a loss of class credit.
