Fourth and final workout for my week, complete! 💪🏼

Did you know that I am currently on a cut… and I am NOT suffering AT ALL!

Here’s what I’m going to do this weekend to help support my goal of uncovering the muscle for summer. ☀️

✨ Prioritize protein at every meal.
✨ Stay active with “play” rather than cardio/exercise.
✨ Drink lots of water.
✨ Get outside with my family.
✨ Sleep as much as possible (because recovery matters too).
✨ Enjoy a meal out WITHOUT turning it into a cheat weekend.

Justin and I are going out for supper at Liberty Kitchen () this weekend to celebrate our 8 year anniversary this weekend and you better believe I’m going to enjoy it. 🍕🥂

The difference between this cut and previous cuts that I’ve put myself through?
I’m not trying to punish myself into results.
I’m building results in a way I can actually maintain.

Consistency, balance, and a whole lot of protein. 👏🏼
