As I’m learning more in medical aesthetics, I’ve also been focusing on the little daily habits that support skin health — like nutrient-dense meals, antioxidants, and balanced foods.
Breakfast:
• pasteurized farm eggs (protein + nutrients)
• avocado toast (healthy fats)
• tomatoes (antioxidants)
• vitamin C shot (antioxidants + immune/skin support)
