To my all my valued clients. We are starting some big kitchen renovations. So I wanted to apologize in advance for any paint smells, extra dust, or more disorder than usual. Please bear with us as we do our upgrade. Thank you.

OK! Starting February 1, 2022; I will be taking Mondays off. I want to be able to continue serving those in my community and need to also take care of myself. Those who have treatments booked already, those appointments will be honoured but going forward I will not be booking treatments on Mondays.

I have extended my hours on Wednesdays to accommodate some later appointments to hopefully compensate for the day off. Stay safe and stay healthy.

RAPID treatments are now available

what is RAPID???? 😄

RAPID Neurofascial Reset (RAPID)

This is treatment that is a movement based therapeutic technique that gets excellent results quickly and effectively. RAPID addresses the central nervous system role in alleviating pain, tension and restrictions within muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. RAPID can begin to quickly resolve chronic pain and mobility restrictions.

The technique activates substance P; a natural chemical in the body that decreases inflammation and causes a pain-reducing reaction.

RAPID can almost always be done with you, the client, staying fully clothed. Please bring or wear loose-fitting clothes (sweats, yoga pants, t-shirt, leggings) to your session. You will most often be treated while either seated, or laying down. RAPID sessions may be uncomfortable, as the neurological system is being stimulated to restore proper function. Please know that it’s normal to feel some discomfort in the days following your session.
Many clients choose RAPID because of its rapid response to treatment. This can help active individuals return to their activities quickly.

RAPID has been known to help in alleviating chronic pain and mobility restrictions such as:

AFTER CARE
Following your RAPID appointment, make sure you drink lots of water. It’s also important to stay moving but only perform movements that aren’t painful.
