I’ve been with the hq fam for 2 years now. I hope to create a warm and comforting space for my clients to enjoy a relaxing experience, no matter the service.🤎

My favourite services are facials & body treatments, giving you the time you need to decompress and reset. I also love to get clients glammed and ready for any occasion or just for fun! You can book makeup with me for your next event ✨

Outside of the spa, I like to enjoy the trails running or walking with my dog. I love all animals & I volunteer with shelters! I always want to share my plant based cooking.🧑‍🍳 My creative side has been there since I was a kid, having interest in music, painting, makeup, henna art, & photography.🩷

Hair Health Tip✨: Never sleep with wet hair

It might seem harmless, but sleeping with wet hair can cause more damage than you think.

• Wet hair is at its weakest point, it’s more stretchy likely to snap, and break while you toss and turn.
• The friction between wet hair and your pillow can lead to split ends, frizz, and tangles.
• A damp scalp creates the perfect environment for bacteria to thrive, and can cause scalp irritation, itchiness, and dandruff in some people.

• Going to bed with wet hair can also flatten your style, leaving you with stubborn kinks and extra heat styling the next morning, which means even more wear and tear over time.

Healthy hair starts with healthy habits! Always blow dry before bed until at least 80-90% dry. Small changes like this can make a big difference in keeping your hair stronger, shinier, and looking its best✨
