Soaps with special additives!

*Activated Charcoal and Kaolin clay, scented with sandalwood fragrance. She’s loaded with these goodies.
*Spruce resin with cedar wood essential oil. The spruce resin, which has a rich history of being used in tradition folk medicine, was harvested in my backyard and gently melted into olive oil and added to this soap.
*Canadian Glacial Clay and Yarrow, scented with orange and peppermint essential oil. This clay is a product of erosion caused by the movement and melting of glaciers and is enriched with beneficial phytoplankton found in the ocean where it’s harvested. Yarrow, also used historically in traditional folk medicine, was harvested from my yard and infused in olive oil before being added to this soap.

Nearly a year in the making, this soap is a twist on a traditional . Classically made by saponifying a base of olive oil and olive paste, this version started with calendula from my flower pots, infused over months in olive oil, then blended into a gel-like paste that is designed in particular for sensitive, dry or mature skin 💋👌🏻
