A few weeks ago I got out of my comfort zone and did something I never thought I would do.
I competed for the very first time in a fitness/bodybuilding show.
I had such a great experience!

With turning 51 this year I decided I needed to challenge myself and my fitness goals. I wanted to make some changes in my body. I am so happy I did.

I have been weight training most of my life but could never really get the changes I wanted, until now.

I love what I have accomplished and learned over the past year about training and food!!! I am very proud of myself! It’s not only how I look, it is also how I feel and I FEEL amazing!!!
