Today is the day! I’m so excited to take my very hardworking team to Las Vegas. They deserve a few days to let loose and have a blast!

Balayage is the ultimate low maintenance color, if it’s close to your natural tone.

Maintenance is retouch regrowth (if you have gray) and re-tone the ends 🙂

Topic: Blondes and Hair Turning Green🙈

Has your blonde hair ever turned green?

It could be a number of things:
-A highly chlorinated pool
-Home with Copper pipes
-Over use of purple shampoo (yep-it can go a really light muddy green color)

If it’s chlorine or copper then an at home remedy to strip the green can be used that doesn’t damage your hair.
1/8 of DISTILLED WATER and baking side or aspirin. Crush together to make a paste. Apply to green areas of the hair. Leave for 15 mins, then rinse and follow up with shampoo and conditioner.
It works like a charm.

If hair is green or lavender, it is from over use of purple shampoo. We have a blonde detox vitamin C treatment that works wonders. Schwarzkopf Professional

If your blonde was lifted (bleached) correctly there should not be a need to use purple shampoo all the time. Purple shampoo actually darkens blonde and the ash in it absorbs light making blonde look muddy.
All blondes fade warm. Lifting (bleaching) hair does not fully remove your god given underlying pigment. (Eumelanin and Pheomelanin)

So if you are always battling warm blonde tones, maybe just pop in for a quick toner to get you through until your next blonding service. It’s much healthier for your hair than using purple shampoo and avoid the high ph and alcohol content. 🙂

Refreshed the Bleach and Tone and made the color a lot more even and less brassy, then installed 100g of Nordic. ❤️❤️
