I’ve recently made some big changes within the salon, and it feels great to have a brighter, organized space. With the new setup, it presents more opportunity to showcase some of my other interests. I now have cosmetics, and various accessories available for retail.

We are quickly coming to the end of October already. Where did this past month go? Once Halloween is over, most people will be starting Christmas prep. Are you ready?

How many of you are planners, and like to be super organized for the holidays? How many of you procrastinate, or wait until the last minute before scrambling to finish? Can I make a suggestion?

This is a reminder to prebook your Christmas Hair appointments. Hairstylists’ schedules fill up rapidly over the next month, and most have already begun packing their schedules with back to back to appointments for the holiday rush. Avoid missing an opportunity to get the date or time you want by making your hair appointment as soon as you can.

You’re in luck, because I have openings in November and December, but they are starting to fill and I’m already booking into January.

It’s hard to believe that we are already going into the second month of the year! With the plus degrees we’ve been having outside lately, I feel like Spring is in the air. The reality is that we are still right in the middle of winter.

When Winter hits you may notice your skin getting dryer and you might be feeling like bulking up on some moisturizer. But do you do the same thing for your hair? Are you changing your conditioner to give you extra moisture? What about masks?

It’s just as important for your hair, as it is for your skin to stay hydrated. With some discussion, I’m sure we can find something that will best suit your current hair needs.
