It began when I learned how to sit with myself.
To slow down, to listen, to come home to my body.

✨This work is deeply personal to me✨
There was a season of my life where everything felt uncertain.
I became a mother while also rebuilding my life from the ground up. Navigating single motherhood with two small babies, learning who I was, building a business alongside motherhood, and trying to create a life that felt safe and sustainable for us.
I spent so much time overwhelmed.
Wondering how we were going to make it work.
Wondering if I was enough.
Feeling stretched between survival and the deep desire for something softer, more peaceful, more aligned.
And truthfully… there were many moments I wanted to give up.
Life knocked me down more than once.
But somehow, I always came back to myself.
I kept choosing myself.
I kept choosing my babies.
I kept choosing our healing, our growth, and the kind of life I wanted us to experience.
I realized that healing doesn’t have to be complicated.
It doesn’t always happen through huge breakthroughs or perfectly curated routines.
Sometimes healing begins in the smallest moments.
A breath.
A few minutes of movement.
A moment of mindfulness.
A softening inside the body.
I learned how powerful it is to find safety within ourselves.
To regulate my own nervous system.
To come home to my body.
To create peace within myself, even when life around me felt uncertain or out of my control.
Because when I could create that safety within me, I could begin creating it within my home too.
Not because life suddenly became easy…
But because I no longer felt lost inside the hard moments.
And now, entering this new season of motherhood feels so different.
Not perfect.
Not without fear or uncertainty.
But softer.
More peaceful.
More aligned.
I still have moments of fear and unknown, but I’ve done this work before. I know how to return to myself now, to regulate, shift my mindset, and move through life with more trust and steadiness.
That is why I do this work.
Not because I have life all figured out… but because I know what it feels like to rebuild, hold so much, and still long for softness and support.
I believe women deserve healing that feels gentle, embodied, and possible.
