I’m officially back from another round of Manual Osteopathy training, and I’m excited to put some of my newest techniques into practice!

I’m also happy to share that my thoracic and cervical assessment grades have improved! A huge thank you to everyone who has allowed me to practice and develop my skills along the way. Your support truly makes a difference! ❤️

Now I’m looking for clients experiencing:
* Frozen shoulder or limited shoulder mobility
* Upper back or shoulder blade (scapular) discomfort
* Arm or shoulder pain, tension, or restricted movement
* General stiffness or mobility concerns through the upper body

I’m looking for individuals who are comfortable receiving a Manual Osteopathy practice assessment and treatment, which may include mobility assessments, muscle testing, gentle corrections, and hands-on techniques based on individual findings.
