Every week I do a day trip somewhere to do something by myself that makes me feel recharged. Especially as an ambivert this is SO NECESSARY!!

I’d rather sleep the extra hour so that I have the energy to make my fitness goals happen and do everything that I need to do in this life. Do not underestimate the power of sleeping more hours, if you could be getting more!

I hear this all the time “I just need a quick reset”
… do you mean the exact same cycle you’ve repeated every 6 months since 2019?
Reset -> it gets tough -> falls off -> nothing happens -> another “reset”
And then when you “fall off”, you get the little voice in your head that says “of course this happened, I can’t stick to anything” and that makes it even worse!
The way to break the cycle is to act imperfectly when life is “life-ing”. This means showing up the best you can, even if it means only doing half a workout or getting a healthier takeout option.
Then you’re never off track.

Yup even with PCOS, endo, in perimenopause, etc. it’s NOT impossible!! ❤️🔥
Unless you have a rare genetic condition that makes weight loss impossible, it isn’t.
What makes it FEEL impossible is all the BS online, all the misinformation out there, constantly googling and overthinking and never feeling like you’re doing enough.
Where my overthinkers at?
I give my clients a clear plan to follow and goals to execute on that finally get them results.
As long as they can do the boring stuff that actually gets results, then they will get them! 😎🙌

Unfortunately, with time, it doesn’t get any easier to start!! 😅
People are always saying to me “I just need to think about it” or “I just need more time”.
If you’ve been struggling with it for more than a year, lovingly, time is passing and you’re not getting any closer to your desired outcome.
It’s up to you to make the decision to do this sooner rather than later!
Because with time it doesn’t get any easier.
It’s uncomfortable and that’s the point.
Changing your life is not comfortable, but having someone there to support you (like me) is invaluable 💖
