With over 14 years of experience in clinical practice and teaching, Paramjot holds a Master's in Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) and has a wealth of knowledge to share. She has worked as an Associate Professor in India and has 9 research articles published in reputed journals.

Certified in hand therapy, Functional Dry Needling, Pelvic Health, and more, she brings advanced skills in managing everything from sports-related concussions to TMJ disorders.
