I wish there was a different way to describe this page in Facebook land: It's not about Health and Beauty but rather Fitness and Lifestyle. Its about feeling good about yourself and making healthy choices for you. I want to share the trials and tribulations of my fitness journey. It's not easy and I want to inspire and encourage everyone. I will share successes and and failures (as they are bound to happen). I am going to take it one day at a time and you should too!
