Lol. Went to work this morning, then to an appt. Sitting there and realized I had two different shoes on. I know two different socks is a trend but …. Too many shoes? As my sister says. Totally different soles. Then on the way to the appt, walked through an active police guns and rifles out incident. A beautiful sunny day in Surrey. Have a great active weekend.

Our minds will try to talk us out of working out every time. 😂. Finally getting a much needed workout in after being away. I am rowing and look down at my leg and wonder why the Nike symbol is so faded. I put my tights on inside out this morning. Did half an hour on the treadmill and did a set rowing when I noticed. Two people left in the gym and doing cardio. Nobody cares but my mind wants to quit rowing and leave. I did finish my other two sets. My poor little arms still hurt from my car accident. But I am glad they got some exercise. 💪

Walking is medicine. Exercise does not have to be extreme. Walk! It is free.

Koh Mook, Thailand. Walking to sunset beach last night and came across these seniors playing. You are never too old. Do not stop “playing”. It is so important. You get “old” when you stop moving. These guys… ❤️. Amazing! That is living. Socializing, playing, moving, evening light, …😀

Finally getting some stretching and working out in while I have a private beach to myself. Breeze, sunshine, jump in the sea every now and then. 😀 Nothing like wearing your bathing suit to make you glad to get back to working out. Everything is better at the beach isn’t it? 😉. Keep moving people. It is what our body is made for.

Living my best life in Laos. Hiking every day in Nong Khiaw. ❤️. Feels good to finally be climbing, hiking, stairs, …. Have to be getting some resistance in. Be sure you are moving your bodies and thinking about what you are putting in your mouth consistently day by day. Holidays do not throw everything out of whack. Daily habits do. I am here if you need me. I am always just a text away. 💪😀

On my SE Asia Adventure. Walked and climbed some stairs to the White Buddha on the hill in Pai, Thailand. Stocked up on some healthy food to fuel my hikes this week. Breakfast (eggs, whole wheat toast, fruit is included as well as a communal dinner at my hostel) and so I supplemented with muesli, chia seeds, pumpkins seeds, walnuts, yoghurt, and coconut milk. I’ll be here in this energetic town for a few days.
