Happy September everyone! I love September ...but if I'm being honest, I'm very sad to leave the summer behind! It was so warm and sunny ...super long days and lots of time spent outside. I hope you all got out there and soaked it up as well🍹

Now here we are in September ...and heading for cozier clothes, comfort food and pumpkin spice ...which isn't too bad either right? ☕

And though I'm not posting much anymore ...I thought it would be remiss on my part to not remind you guys that many of my regular clients already have their appointments booked through til January ...well Christmas, though I was trying to avoid saying it lol😁

This means my schedule is filling up ...but currently I still have spots available in October, November and December🎄

One thing about this pandemic life is that our schedules tend to be more predictable as we are still not traveling much, if at all ...so hair appointments have been a highlight for many. For me ...it's kept me busy and social ...which I'm grateful for 🍀

I wanted to do this check in ...say hello ...and tell you how much I appreciate you all! I still miss your smiles as we have continued to wear masks in our salon ... but your presence in my life has kept me sane and grounded these last couple years. Thanks again for your continued support ...you guys are the best❤️

I'm sorry I haven't had a lot to share this last while ... but as we leave 2020 behind ...I just want to say a great big THANKYOU to each and everyone of you!!! Your kindness and consideration as we plugged through this last year together made it all so much easier to get through!!!

And while you started as my clients ...you have grown into dear friends ...and I am so thankful for each of you!!! Wishing everyone a safe and healthy new year!! Looking forward to seeing you ...and your smiles someday ...in a more promising 2021🥂💝

In our consultation ...my client was commenting about about some of the brassiness that had shown up in her hair since her last visit with me.
Well her last visit was 4 months earlier ...and so naturally some of her natural underlying pigment which is always warm, showed up ...not to mention being in the elements of the summer weather.

We looked back at photos after her last visit which showed beautiful beige tones from her last highlights and toner. She blurted "oh the power of toner" and this will be a new catchphrase for me!

She may wait a while for her next highlights ...but has started scheduling toner/glossing to get her through the inbetween.

Her eyes are now open to the power of toning🤍

Sorry I haven't been posting recently and needed a little time away from social media ... actually I highly recommend it! But I miss our connection and wanted to give you some updates💇🏽‍♀️

Personally ...I have been well and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible🌞

At work ...I've been very busy doing lots of hair and reminding myself how lucky I am to do be able to what I love regardless of dealing with the changes a pandemic brings😷

I have been receiving a huge amount of requests for appointments in the last while which I can't fulfill until November at this point. I have a handful of spots in late October ...but have to let you know that if you have your heart set on that new do ... please think about pre-booking your future appointments! I feel bad when it doesn't work out ...but you guys have been amazingly patient and understanding ...so thankyou❤️

So I've been on a social media break⛱️

For a variety of reasons ...I needed a nice long break which I won't bore you with lol! I did miss you guys but it was also nice to spend my downtime outside soaking up the beautiful summer sunshine while it lasted🌞

It was also nice just doing hair like these highlights on this beautiful girl ...because I've had the good fortune of staying very busy during this pandemic ...and I'm super grateful 💗

I hope you all had a wonderful summer and I hope you also took the time to get out there and soak up your vitamin D! We need the extra D to get through the next few socially distanced winter months❄️

Hope you had a great long weekend! Can you believe we are heading towards fall already? I can already feel the days getting a bit shorter😔

Anyway ...heads up ... August is nearly booked so please don't wait til the last minute to make your appointments.

We are still in the midst of a pandemic and things could be more uncertain in the fall. It's possible that I may reduce my schedule if the numbers were climbing. Hopefully not, but it's another heads up! I'm just a girl who always likes to be prepared...and I want you guys to be as well ...in terms of my services ...and otherwise!

Soak up the beautiful sunshine and heat! We're gonna need that vitamin D. Stay safe❤️
